At Earthwise Seed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your eco-friendly apparel isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original compostable packaging and include all original tags to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
